Innovation and care for the land: these are the passwords that have been urging the winery to invest in the vineyards and wine cellars for years, in order to obtain wines which fully enhance their terroir.

Fattoria Casabianca has embarked on a process of conversion from the harvest 2015 will bring it to be certified ORGANIC, in order to clear the use of pesticides and pesticides, enhancing and increasing the self-regulating mechanisms of ecosystems.

This special attention to nature allows the winery to have a richer and richer soil and sound high quality grapes.

Casabianca produces a line of Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG, composed of one basic and two Reserve Chianti, and a line of IGT products, composed of two whites, one rosé and two red wines.

In an area where once had lived the Etruscan people, where woods and the Mediterranian “Macchia” build the natural habitat for wild-boars, deers, roebucks, buzzards, porcupines and rabbits, is spread Fattoria Casabianca over an estate of 654 hectares.

Bedded in this evocative, timeless landscape there are five farmhouses from the 13th century that have been carefully restored conserving their original architectural flair.

The walls made of Sienese stone create a perfect climate inside the apartments. The combination of typical Tuscan furnishings and modern functionalism create both, comfortable and cosy holiday homes.

The well equipped wine-tasting room next to the reception offers a warm atmosphere for wine-tastings and meetings.

The estate consists of five formerly separated farms with beautiful farmhouses from the 13th century.

The farmhouses have been carefully restored and divided into holiday apartments and hotel rooms of different seizes.

The furnishings show the typical Tuscan country-style and a special care for details. Each apartment is equipped with cooker and oven, fridge, dishwasher, TV, laundry (for bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms).

Every apartment has got it’s terrace or little garden with garden furniture.
